Change of Mind Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, full-priced items or items using discount codes can be returned to us for a Store Credit Gift Card or Exchange, as we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.

Requests for change of mind returns must be completed within 30 days of Moongate fulfilling your order. All requests for change of mind returns after this allocated timeframe will not be accepted.

All returned items must be in original condition. 

Once we have received your parcel, it can take up to 7 business days to inspect the item and issue a Store Credit Gift Card or Exchange.

 

Size Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a size from the one you have ordered and we have the alternative size in stock on our website, please email us at info@moongateco.com and our customer service team will provide support. 

If we do not have your size in stock on the website, we are unable to offer a size exchange for the size you desire. The wrong size can be returned to us for a Store Credit Gift Card, as we do not offer refunds for wrong-size returns.

All returned items must be in original condition and original packaging. 

 

Ineligible For Return

Any item that has been damaged by using them in a way they were not meant to be used or by not following the product specific garment care instructions does not qualify for a refund, store credit or exchange.

We do not offer refunds, store credits or exchanges for an item that has been used for a period of time where the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.
